Vendor Overview

We would like to share with you an opportunity to represent your company at the 2017 Annual Emerald Coast Emergency Care Symposium, March 10th and 11th 2017 at the Grand Sandestin Hotel and Village of Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin, Florida. This conference is a partnership between Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, Twin Cities Hospital, The Emerald Coast Healthcare Coalition and FloridaONE. Prior conferences have played host to more than 350 healthcare professionals, to include: registered nurses, respiratory therapists and emergency medical personnel. The conference's professional speakers will be presenting current and critical emergency healthcare topics that continue to attract new attendees. 
Exhibit space with tables will be available in an established Exhibit area, which will be accessible to attendees during breaks in the educational event program schedule and to interested resort guests.

We ask that you return the enclosed participation form to us no later than January 1st 2017, to reserve your company's exhibit space. If you choose to participate, an exhibit fee of $800.00 is required to be paid in full by January 30, 2017. This will allow us the necessary time to acknowledge your organization's participation in the event through recognition in professionally prepared conference material. 

Other opportunities are available for you to participate in through Education Grants, to offset the following event costs: 

•    Reception sponsorship
•    Speaker and Faculty fees
•    Administrative costs
•    Room and equipment rental
•    Supplies
•    Educational materials

Any failure, or refusal to contribute will not affect your business relationship with Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, Twin Cities Hospital, The Emerald Coast Healthcare Coalition or FlondaONE. 
It is through the strong support of professionals and organizations that we are able to continue to present a superior conference designed to further education and awareness of current issues to those dedicated members of the health delivery systems throughout the Southeastern United States.
